UK privacy notice
Updated 6 October 2026.
Who operates the service
SAGA WORKS (사가웍스), representative and privacy contact 임현정, operates this service from 제주특별자치도 제주시 애월읍 고내안길 2, 502호(건우연립), Republic of Korea. Contact sagaworks2025@gmail.com with privacy questions.
Accounts, saved numbers and community
We process your email, password hash, nickname, account and session information, saved combinations and community contributions to provide the features you request. Passwords and verification tokens are not retained in plain text. Verification and password-reset links expire. Security checks use failed-attempt counts and temporary lockouts to prevent abuse.
Saved combinations include your selected numbers, target date and creation time. These support comparison with official results, not a ticket purchase. Community nicknames, posts and comments may be visible to other people. Do not post sensitive personal information.
Payments and personal AI
PayPal processes payment information when you choose to purchase Gold. We store order and payment references, amount, currency, status, timestamps and access dates to supply Gold and handle refunds. We do not store full card details.
When you request personal AI analysis, selected numbers and calculated draw statistics are sent to OpenAI. Your account email and password are not included. Generated explanations and usage records are saved to display previous results and manage your allowance.
Providers, cookies and purposes
UK membership uses a separate database on Microsoft Azure hosting in Korea. Azure Communication Services delivers account emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. These providers, PayPal and OpenAI may process information outside the UK. Essential cookies maintain login and prevent request forgery.
We process account and purchase data to provide your requested service and fulfil our contract, security data for our legitimate interest in protecting users and the service, and records required to meet legal obligations.
Retention and your rights
We keep account information while needed to provide your account. You can change your nickname, delete saved selections or close your account. Closure removes or anonymises account data; payment and audit records needed for legal obligations and dispute handling may be retained.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or to request restriction or object to processing where applicable. We may need to verify your identity, but will never ask for your password. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Optional audience measurement
With your permission, a random first-party browser cookie that expires at the end of the Korean calendar day helps count daily browsers and successful analysis use. Your choice is remembered for 90 days. Sources are limited to YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Google, direct and other. We do not store raw URLs, IP addresses, selected numbers or email addresses in these statistics. Browser values are hashed with a daily salt; measurement files are retained for up to 90 days and are not used to link your activity across days. You can decline at any time using Audience measurement settings in the footer without losing core features. We do not record optional measurement when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Aggregate registrations and payments are separately derived from service records.
