Australian privacy notice

Account information

Australian registration uses your email address, nickname, one-way password hash, verification-token hash, account number and timestamps. Login records include failed-attempt counts and temporary lockouts. Passwords and verification tokens are not stored in plain text. Australian account data is kept separately from Korean and US accounts.

Saved combinations

When you save a combination, we store the seven main numbers, Powerball, target draw date, creation time and your account number. We use these to display your numbers and compare them with official results. This does not record a ticket purchase.

Providers and safeguards

Microsoft Azure hosts the service and database. Azure Communication Services Email delivers verification and recovery emails. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. These providers process the information needed for those functions. Secure and HttpOnly cookies support sign-in; request-verification tokens protect submitted forms. The operator is based in Korea, and service providers may process information outside Australia.

Retention and requests

Used or expired verification and reset records are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. We retain account data while needed to provide the account, subject to applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Your password is never needed in a support message.

Gold payments and personal AI

When checkout is available, PayPal processes your payment details. We store the order and payment references, amount, currency, status, timestamps and access period to provide Gold and handle refunds. We do not collect or store full card details. Sandbox transactions are kept separate from live payments.

Personal AI requests send your selected numbers and calculated draw-history statistics to OpenAI. Your account email and password are not included. We retain the generated explanation, request status and usage counts to show saved results and manage your allowance. These features remain subject to the development status shown on the membership page.
